We start with you

We get clear on what you actually want from your business - not just revenue goals, but what your working life should look and feel like. We look at your workload, identify what you should no longer be doing and set the goals that will shape everything that follows.

Then we look at your team - honestly

Who's thriving and why. Who isn't and why. What the structure looks like today, and what it needs to look like for the business to run without you. If there's no structure, we build one.

Then I do something most business consultants don't

I talk to every single member of your team - individually. I find out what they enjoy, what frustrates them, what ideas they're sitting on and how engaged they really are. Because you can't build a freedom-ready business on guesswork about your own people.

Then we build your action plan

People moved into the right roles. Positional contracts written so everyone knows what they own. Company values, mission, meeting rhythms and rules of the game - the invisible architecture that lets a business run without its owner in the room.

And finally, we work on how your team communicates

Every team member completes a DISC assessment, and we run a workshop together so your people understand each other better - and stop needing you to manage the friction between them.
