We dig into your strengths, your DISC profile and the vision you've been carrying around in your head but never quite managed to get out. We audit where your time and energy really goes and work out what you should stop doing, so you can start doing more of what you're actually built for.
I talk to every single member of your team individually. I find out who's thriving, who isn't, who has the potential to take on more and who might be quietly ready to step up. I DISC-assess the whole team so we can see clearly where the strengths are, where the gaps are and who could take real ownership - freeing you up in the process.
Letting go. For a founder who cares as deeply as you do, this is rarely straightforward. We work on the mindset shift that makes delegation feel safe rather than terrifying, so you can hand things over without lying awake worrying that the standard will slip.
We run workshops with your team covering the things that will make the biggest difference: how your brand thinks and speaks, how to talk to customers the way you would and the mission, vision and values that should be driving every decision they make - even when you're not in the room.
Clear roles, smart workflows and the processes that mean your brand is consistent whether you're there or not. Not a manual that gathers dust - a way of working that actually sticks.
By the end of three months you'll have a team that can carry your vision forward, a structure that holds without you at the centre of everything and the headspace to get back to the part of this business that lit you up in the first place.
