What working together looks like

I work with founder-led product businesses on a rolling basis, helping to make the people side of the business lighter, clearer and more effective.

This is not a fixed programme or a one-off workshop. It is ongoing, practical support that adapts to what is happening in your business - whether that is unclear roles, too many meetings, team friction, managers needing support or simply too much of it all still coming back to you.

The aim is not to turn you into a different kind of founder. It is to help the team you already have work better, and to give you the outside perspective, structure and support that are often missing when a business grows quickly.

How my support works

We start with a 30-minute conversation about where things are feeling heavy right now, what is getting in the way and whether I am the right fit for you and your business.

If we decide to work together, it is on a rolling basis rather than a long-term contract. That means you are not signing up to something rigid from day one. And because I know this kind of support can feel like a big decision, if after the first three months you do not feel the improvement has justified the investment, we part ways and I refund those first three months.

From there, the work is shaped around your business. That might include regular sessions with you, support for managers, team conversations, reviewing roles and responsibilities, improving meeting culture or helping you work through the people issues that keep draining time and energy.

What I help with

Typical areas of support include:

  • Roles and responsibilities that have become blurred

  • Too many meetings or meetings that do not lead anywhere

  • Team tensions, communication gaps or unspoken frustrations

  • Managers who need more support leading well

  • A founder becoming the bottleneck for too many decisions

  • A business that has grown, but without enough structure around the team

  • The sense that good people are in place, but not yet working together as well as they could

What changes when we work together

Over time, the aim is that:

  • roles feel clearer

  • communication becomes more direct and useful

  • decisions do not keep landing back on your desk

  • the team works with more consistency and confidence

  • you have more time and headspace for the parts of the business that really need you

This is not about adding more process for the sake of it. It is about creating better ways of working that are realistic for your business and that actually stick.

This is right for you if:

You are leading a team and know the people side of the business needs more attention than it is currently getting.

You are open to honest conversations and practical change.

You want support that is thoughtful, commercially sensible and grounded in the reality of a founder-led business.

You are not looking to outsource leadership, but you do want experienced outside support with a part of the business that can be hard to carry alone.

This probably isn't right for you if:

You do not yet have a team.

You are looking for a quick fix with no involvement from you.

You want someone to come in, impose a system, and leave.

You are not open to involving your team in the process where needed.

Ready to find out if my work is right for you?

If you think this might be the kind of support your business needs, the next step is a straightforward 30-minute conversation.

No pitch, no pressure - just a chance to talk about where things are now and whether working together would be useful.
