We’ll explore your strengths, your DISC profile and the vision you’ve been carrying around but haven’t fully articulated. We’ll audit where your time and energy really go, identifying what you should stop doing so you can focus on what you’re actually built for.
I’ll speak with every member of your team individually to understand who’s thriving, who isn’t, who has the potential to take on more and who might be ready to step up. I’ll conduct DISC assessments for the entire team, giving us clear insights into strengths, gaps and who can take real ownership - freeing you up in the process.
For a founder who cares as deeply as you do, this isn’t straightforward. We’ll work on the mindset shift that makes delegation feel safe rather than terrifying, allowing you to hand over responsibilities without worrying about standards slipping.
